Jayne Temple-Heald is a self-motivated and enthusiastic HR professional with 25 years’ experience of HR Management in a generalist and strategic capacity.

She has a proven ability to quickly interpret business needs, manage large scale projects nationally, drive people strategy and deliver effective business solutions to stakeholders at every level; from small business owners to CEO’S.

Jayne’s key skills are forming relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for her clients; immersing herself in businesses with a keen understanding that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to HR.
